We're sure you'll love your purchase, but if you're not happy for any reason, here's what to do.

Refunds will only be issued for unused or faulty items returned to us within 14 days.

Once we have received your returned item(s) we will issue a refund to the payment method used to pay for the order. Please allow 14 days for the refund to show in your account. 

We are unable to refund or exchange any items which have been damaged whilst in the customer's care or lost in transit. We recommend you select a tracked service and retain proof of postage in case there are any issues with the return shipping.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by The Wright Walk when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

Please note, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Our return instructions on the returns sheet enclosed with your delivery makes sending it back hassle free. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receipt.

Mislaid your returns sheet? Don’t panic. Just send us over an email at INFO@WRIGHTWALK.COM with the subject title 'Returns' and we’ll be happy to help you out.When filling out the sheet, please make sure you indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange.

Some items are not eligible for a return or refund, but don’t worry. We make sure our products clearly state this for you.

Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item. Please note SALE items are refunded via Gift Cards.

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.
